The internationally renewed philosophy department at UZH focuses on Analytical Philosophy, Ethics, and Political Philosophy. I enjoyed an excellent education here both during my Bachelor's and Master's. If philosophy teaches you anything then it is how to be very precise with language. Analytic philosophy upholds the ideal of clear writing, logical reasoning and structured thought. This is why I am passionate about language and writing. During my studies I wrote 35+ papers and essays both in German and English. I now have a full-time job in communications and marketing. I am a native Swiss-German, fluent in English and a lot of international exposure. So far, I have experience in teaching from several teaching assistant jobs at my university and also giving presentation at cultural events or in the business world. I am very much looking forward to personally help you with your language skills, writing or philosophy. For me, teaching is always also helping your own understanding of things. Since my father is a math teacher, teaching is "in my blood" so to speak.
